{"id":2571,"date":"2024-10-09T11:38:27","date_gmt":"2024-10-09T09:38:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ong-prevoyance.net\/?p=2571"},"modified":"2024-10-09T11:38:30","modified_gmt":"2024-10-09T09:38:30","slug":"journee-mondiale-du-handicap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ong-prevoyance.net\/index.php\/2024\/10\/09\/journee-mondiale-du-handicap\/","title":{"rendered":"Le 09 octobre, journ\u00e9e mondiale du handicap"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Selon l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 (OMS), \u00ab&nbsp;Est handicap\u00e9e toute personne dont l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique ou mentale est passag\u00e8rement ou d\u00e9finitivement diminu\u00e9e, soit cong\u00e9nitalement, soit sous l&#8217;effet de l&#8217;\u00e2ge ou d&#8217;un accident, en sorte que son autonomie, son aptitude \u00e0 fr\u00e9quenter l&#8217;\u00e9cole ou \u00e0 occuper un emploi s&#8217;en trouvent compromises.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lois portant sur les cas de handicap visent \u00e0 garantir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des droits et des chances pour les personnes handicap\u00e9es et \u00e0 assurer \u00e0 chacun la possibilit\u00e9 de choisir son projet de vie. Les personnes handicap\u00e9es repr\u00e9sentent environ un milliard de personnes, 15% de la population mondiale d\u2019apr\u00e8s les statistiques de l\u2019Organisation Internationale du Travail (OIT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe plusieurs types de handicap&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le handicap mental<\/strong>, ou d\u00e9ficience intellectuelle se d\u00e9finit par une perturbation du d\u00e9veloppement mental, qui se trouve stopp\u00e9 ou incomplet, et dont il r\u00e9sulte un d\u00e9ficit de capacit\u00e9s et d\u2019intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le handicap moteur<\/strong> est large puisqu\u2019elle englobe toutes les formes de d\u00e9ficience motrice qui entrave les gestes ou les d\u00e9placements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le handicap auditif<\/strong> se traduit par une surdit\u00e9, partielle ou totale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le handicap visuel<\/strong> concerne les personnes aveugles ou malvoyantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le handicap psychique<\/strong> appara\u00eet au cours de l\u2019existence, suite \u00e0 une maladie, telle que la schizophr\u00e9nie ou le trouble bipolaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le pluri-handicap <\/strong>c\u2019est l\u2019atteinte, au moins, de deux situations de handicap (d\u00e9ficiences motrices et \/ ou sensorielles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019albinisme<\/strong> et le <strong>b\u00e9gaiement <\/strong>sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s en Afrique comme handicap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
